Draw and paint our local vernacular architecture, from classic Craftsman-style porches to lush terraced gardens that define the Seattle landscape. Eleanor will share strategies for drawing buildings in perspective, as well as tips for simplifying overwhelming details to more clearly show the character of our subjects. After creating a few drawings of local scenes around Greenwood Ave, we’ll use watercolor to add life to our sketches.
