Learn how to create beautiful patterns and shades using natural dyes with different mordants. Together we’ll explore techniques for surface patterning and color modification. We’ll practice printing and painting with stencils, stamps, and natural materials.

Skills include: stencil making, painting and printmaking on fabric, botanical dyeing with flowers. Each student will take home their own reusable stencil, paper and fabric prints, and notebook. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
